This recipe of yogurt, muesli and fruits is definitely simple but taste great, rich in vitamins and fiber that our body needs. If until now you have store-bought ready-made I recommend you try to create one yourself, perfect for breakfast, as a snack or dessert.
Ingredienti for 4 cups
- 450g greek yogurt
- 100g oatmeal
- 250g fruits (blackberries, blueberries, bananas, strawberries etc…)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pour the greek yogurt in the cup and add a layer of oatmeal.
- Garnish with fruit and a teaspoon of honey.
