Summer is over, September is coming and I keep thinking of the deep blue of the sea and the sound of the waves. A trip in which I thought I would be bored to stay at the beach all day, which instead went too quickly. The beaches, the rocks, the incessant wind. Goats and sheep on the side of the mountain, and good food to no end. Serifos is this and much more. It is not the usual Greek island, it is that island that seems lost, with a few groups of houses where very kind people live.
Serifos is great for those looking for a quiet Greek island, little touched by mass tourism and for this reason still full of its charm. It is an island of walking and trekking, of sea and relaxation. The perfect mix to stay fascinated and leave your heart.
Here I propose a classic of Greek cuisine, a nice breakfast with Greek yogurt with walnuts and honey. A bit of yogurt, a handful of nuts, fruit and honey. A Greek breakfast is all you need! 🙂
Greek yogurt is an excellent food to eat in the morning with its high satiating power. Walnuts, rich in fiber and protein, add energy. Honey is rich in easily digestible enzymes, vitamins and sugars.
- 340gr of greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoon of honey
- seasonal fruit
- 4 teaspoon of walnuts
- Take the Greek yogurt and pour it into a cup.
- Add the fruit, nuts and sprinkle with a teaspoon of honey.
