Hello everyone, welcome on Healthy Barta!
This blog is a place where I want to share my passion for cooking and my love for healthy food.
The website was born as a personal recipe e-book, but then I’ve thought that would have been nice making it more interactive, a sort of personal diary through which talk and interact with people who seeks for living well, just like me.
I wanna be honest, cooking is not my real job, I spend most of my day in front of a computer screen as a UI designer. Cooking has been part of my life since I was a little girl, first watching my mum, so careful to experiment with new courses, and then trying to create something on my own, with my personal style.
Healthy expresses my idea about cooking, and is my leitmotiv to follow everyday as lifestyle. Eating well, choosing good food (especially seasonal one) and training are values that motivate me to reach the best shape and mind.
On my blog I would like to show you that healthy is not a synonym of insipid, that light and fast recipes don’t stand for sad unseasoned salads, that a properly balanced diet doesn’t me bitter fasts.
Living well is quality, is giving the best food to our body and mind.
That’s it, choosing a healthy lifestyle means loving ourself and putting our well-being first.
